Job Description

Main Tasks Plan daily /monthly sales activities for Sales Officers. Daily monitoring of sales progress- lead generation, customer meetings, closures. Achieve monthly sales volumes for MSME and cross sell products. Hire, train and maintain a Quality Sales Team Collection responsibility for Soft Buckets. Areas of Responsibility Monthly/Annual Sales Volumes/Portfolio as per budget plan. Responsible for metrics IRR, ATS, Insurance conversion Responsible for cross sell targets. # Reporting to ZSM

Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 4,50,000 P.A

Education: Graduation
Candidate Profile: Unsecured Micro /small ticket /Biz loan Sales background. LAP Sales experience ( not mandatory) Local market knowledge about sectors / competitors’ products, Team building& leading experience.
