•Responsible for overall function of CBS & it’s working. •Should be well versed in approach and processes followed in CBS •Should have core experience in Implementation, Roll-Out Support, Production support and user’s Training for CBS. • Should be conversant with SQL query & code analysis. • Should be able to identify automation interventions that would help in smoother implementation and also provide constructive feedback on Product & Platform improvement. •Should be able to lead the technical team on the project, allocate tasks, monitor progress, identify issues or bottlenecks and help team to resolve the issues. •Should be able to discuss and finalize the testing Strategy with the Banks functional and technical SPOCs. • End to end coordination with CBS vendor • User support at L1/L2/L3 level • Smooth incorporation of customization & version upgradation. • Requirement Analysis, Backend Updation, Modification, Customer Support. •New Patch Testing and deployment, menu option Customized, Report creation etc. •Handling Data centre operations, running day end jobs, reporting & supporting end users. •Maintaining updated documentation for current Mock and final mock testing, and also for proposed future migration & rollout support to the migrated branches. •Developing and negotiating with vendors for timely supply of mock test, extraction tools and hardware devices to facilitate smooth project activities, ensuring compliance with SLA.
